We (Matt, and Jon) are chefs first and a big part of our vision for our shop was to be able to hold pop up dinner events to showcase our catch through a different lens. We believe that sharing a meal together and having conversation about the lesser known by-catch species is the best way to show how truly amazing our resource of freshwater and saltwater fisheries is in Canada.
